Experience Itinerary

Hotel Pick-up and Transfer

We start early by picking you up at the door of your hotel in Bogota to begin our journey in shared transportation through the beautiful Andean savanna.

Visit to Guatavita Town

We will make a stop to walk through the new town of Guatavita, famous for its impeccable white facades, tiled roofs, and perfect colonial architecture.

Guatavita Lake Hike

If you chose the option with tickets, we will make a contemplative ascent towards the edge of the crater that houses the sacred lake, the origin of El Dorado. Otherwise, you will enjoy more time in the area.

Lunch Time

You will have allocated time to enjoy the delicious gastronomy of the region and recharge your energy for the second part of the adventure.

Historic Tour in Zipaquira

Arrival at the municipality of Zipaquira where we will explore its historic center on foot, marveling at the Plaza de los Comuneros and its cobbled streets.

Salt Mine & Complimentary Drink

We will enjoy a comforting complimentary drink. Those who purchased the complete plan will descend into the imposing Salt Mine to explore its illuminated tunnels.

Return to Bogota
